We started with the simple idea of taking the facial out of the spa and the guesswork out of skincare.

Who We Are

By 2015, the benefit of on-going facials was well documented—but not well executed. Facials were tucked away in luxury spas and in clinical offices, never fitting into a consumer’s everyday life. Until our warm and inviting experience changed that.

We combine a sleek and gender-neutral design with the deep expertise of estheticians to effectively reimagine the facial to be an accessible and approachable part of your self-care routine.

THE LIGHTBULB MOMENT

It’s 2012 and Heyday’s co-founder, Adam Ross is at brunch with friends: Someone wants a facial. No one knows where to go.
A lightbulb goes off, and research begins.

2014
THE IDEA BECOMES REAL

When sitting with the question, what feeling do we want you to leave with? We realized we want you to leave feeling at your prime. To live in your ‘heyday’ each day.

2015
SKINCARE’S FRESH FACE

Things get real as we open our first door in New York City’s Nomad. Well+Good announces who we are, and 150 appointments flow through in minutes.

2016
NEW YORK’S FINEST

Only nine months after our opening, New York Magazine gives us the title of “Best Facial” and the rest is history.

2017
GROUND-BREAKING

By the end of 2017, we’ve expanded across Manhattan. With shops open from East to West, North to South, we earn the love of New Yorkers.

2018
WESTWARD BOUND

We heeded the call of the sunnier coast, and expanded to Los Angeles.

2019
ALWAYS GLOWING IN PHILADELPHIA

We increased our presence across the East Coast, going beyond New York City and opening our Rittenhouse location.

2020
PROGRESSIVE SKINCARE

We reinvested in our shops and advanced our technology for a more personalized experience that outpaces competitors.

2021
THE GROWTH VISION

Expansion was on our mind. We opened Heyday Bethesda Row, as our first franchise location with L5 Capital.

We are facing forward, in rolling out our franchise growth strategy and enhancing our digital experience.
