With over 15 years of working with and scaling consumer and hospitality brands like Hilton, Livingsocial and Framebridge, Rachel is an expert in understanding consumer behavior and translating that into winning business growth strategies.
For over 15 years, Katie has served in marketing leadership roles on both the brand and agency side across health, wellness, beauty and fitness industries, having lead advertising strategy for L’Oreal and Johnson & Johnson brands and marketing the NYC Marathon & New York City Football Club.
With over 10+ years’ experience, Jessica has led the management of various new store builds across the US (for brands such as: Burberry, Rituals, Lucid and Previously Heyday).
With over 10+ years of working in the franchising sector, Caitlyn brings her expertise in contract administration, legal documentation, and project management skills to the Heyday team. Caitlyn manages the franchise development and administration process to aid and support prospects through the approval process for becoming a Heyday franchisee.
With over a decade at the intersection of hospitality, design, and strategy, Michael has provided a strategic and creative eye to scale brands on both the agency and in-house side. Advisor to the acupuncture brand, WTHN, Michael embodies Heyday every single day.

Chris is the Co-Founder and CEO of Level 4 Yoga and is directly responsible for the roll out of 21 of 27 current studios. He is a Managing Member of Group Chambers, and has prior executive experience with Level 3 Communications.
Michael personally led Level 4 Yoga’s widespread expansion—with over 30 studio openings. Previously with Tartan Realty Group, Inc, Michael has extensive experience expanding early-stage growth concepts.
Former Chief Retail Officer of Enjoy, Kristina possesses 20+ years of experience supporting high-growth, customer-centric brands like Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, The Gap, and Apple.
Being an IFA Certified Franchise Executive, Scott has done everything from overseeing the domestic and international franchise, Tutor Doctor, to being a franchisee himself.
